Social Media Manager
Join our growing team as a Social Media Manager and help shape the voice of a new professional association for audio visual professionals in Canada. You’ll be responsible for developing and scheduling engaging LinkedIn content, growing our community presence, and supporting our mission to elevate AV professionals through education, mentorship, and advocacy. If you’re passionate about storytelling, social media strategy, and building inclusive industry communities, we’d love to hear from you.
Scholarship/Bursary Liaison
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to serve as our Volunteer Scholarship/Bursary Liaison. In this role, you’ll help develop and manage programs that provide financial support to emerging and established AV professionals pursuing educational opportunities. You’ll coordinate application processes, liaise with selection committees, and ensure transparency and inclusivity throughout. If you believe in empowering careers through education and want to make a direct impact, we’d be thrilled to have you onboard.
Training Liaison
The Training Liaison plays a central role in fulfilling the Professional Audio Visual Society of Canada’s commitment to career development, education, and inclusion. Guided by PAVSC’s mission to empower AV professionals across the country, this volunteer role helps cultivate a robust ecosystem of learning that is accessible, forward-thinking, and rooted in real-world industry practice.
Mentorship Liaison
The Mentorship Liaison is a cornerstone of PAVSC’s commitment to fostering growth, connection, and support within Canada’s audiovisual community. In this volunteer role, the Liaison will help design, promote, and manage mentorship initiatives that bridge experience gaps, foster peer-to-peer learning, and cultivate meaningful professional relationships.
Education Outreach / Advocacy Liaison
The Education Outreach Liaison (also referred to as the Advocacy Liaison) plays a crucial role in advancing PAVSC’s goal of building a strong, visible, and accessible pathway into the audiovisual profession. Operating in a volunteer capacity, this role connects PAVSC with educational institutions, students, and faculty across Canada—ensuring future AV professionals see clear opportunities for training, mentorship, and community involvement.
